Be prepared to draft the best player at their position and not just your favorite team's player!

*  DRAFT DAY

  1. Each Owner will draft (4) Qbs, (6) Rbs, (6) Wrs, (2) Tes, (2) Ks, (2) DTs, (2) and NFL Coaches. *
  2. Serpent Order will be the format used to pick players. Order in first round 1-10, second round 10-1, and third round 1-10 and so on for the 22 rounds.
  3. Trades may occur before the draft as far as switching picks in particular rounds but not during the draft.

 

* NFL Coaches will be drafted after all rosters have been filled. In the event two teams playing Head 2 Head (H2H) have the same final score, a NFL Coach will determine the Tiebreaker.

1.        NFL Coach’s team victory.

2.      Most points scored by the NFL Coach’s team.

3.      Fewest points allowed by the NFL Coach’s team.

4.      Overall record of the NFL coach’s team.

 

*  Game Day Lineups

  1. Line-ups will consist of (1) Qb (2) Rbs (3) Wrs (1) TE (1) K (1) DT (1) Coach.
  2. Line-ups must be entered on the league web site by Saturday night 9:00 P.M.
  3. Weeks with Thursday games any player(s) a Owner wishes to start must submit at least the player(s) involved in Thursday’s game by Thursday at 6:00 P.M.
  4. Weeks with Saturday games any player(s) involved must be submitted by Friday night 8:00 P.M.
  5. If any Owner does not submit a line-up for a given week, the previous week’s lineup will be used.
  6.  All lineup deadlines are final.
  7. In the event you cannot enter your lineup on the league web site you can call The Commissioner (Bobby) at 947-9636 or 621-1646.

 

*  Scoring

  1. Offense: 6 points for any Qb, Rb, Wr or TE rushing or receiving a pass for a touchdown. 4 points for any pass thrown for a touchdown by any Qb, Rb, and TE. 2 points for any role in a 2-point conversion. 3 points for a field goal up to 49 yards and 5 points for a 50 yards or more field goal. 1 point for a PAT.
  2. Offense Bonus (Yardage): 1 point for every 25 yards passing, 1 point for every 10 yards rushing or receiving and 1 point for every reception.
  3. Defense (Special Teams): 6 points for any touchdown by a fumble recovery, interception, punt return or kick off return.
  4. Defense Bonus: 2 points for a fumble recovery, interception or a safety. 1 point for a sack.
  5. Defense Points Allowed: 2 points for your defensive team allowing 10-14 points, 4 points for your defensive team allowing 4-9 points and 6 points for your defensive team allowing 0-3 points.

*  Free Agent Transactions (F/A)

  1. Each Owner can pickup to players (not currently on any roster in our league) during weeks 1-13.
  2. Limit one player P/U during each week.
  3. F/A pick maybe bundled in a trade between two Owners.
  4. Each owner will have a Bid Value of 10 picks with 1 bid of each number 1-10.
  5. When an Owner wishes to pick up a F/A he will bid 1-10 on a particular player, ex. If an Owner uses 7 to pick up Tee Martin and another Owner uses a 5 to pick up Tee Martin then the higher bid wins. The Owner that bided 7 gets Tee Martin but uses up his 7 and the other Owner doesn’t get a player that week but retains his 5 bid.
  6. All bids will be e-mailed to a TBD mailbox.
  7. All bids must be entered no earlier than Monday 6:00 P.M. and no later than Thursday 9:00 P.M.
  8. All successful bids will be posted Friday 6:00 P.M.
  9. In the event of same bid value for a F/A the Owner that entered his bid first will be rewarded the F/A.

*  Trades      

  1. Trades between two Owners may occur through weeks 1-10.
  2. Trades must be turned into the commissioner by Friday 8:00 P.M.
  3. No trades will be allowed after week 10.

*  Game Format

  1. Head to Head (H2H) Schedule.
  2. Two five team divisions (Odd # draft picks in the Black Division and Even # draft picks in the Blue Division.
  3. 13 regular season games.
  4. Division winners will get a first round playoff bye; the team with the best record will play the wild card team with the worst record in the semi-finals.
  5. Teams placing 3-6 will get will get a wild card bid; team 3 vs. 6 and 4 vs. 5.
  6. Teams 7-10 will play in a two-week playoff for the Loser Bowl.
  7. The finishing order of the season will determine next years draft order for all returning Owners.
  8. Tie Breaker for playoffs; (1) Overall record (2) H2H (3) Division record (4) Total Points Scored.
